How long does it take to get my order? TOP

All orders are processed once payment is received.  Becaue each creation is unique and created special just for you, orders may take up to 4 weeks. They can take a bit longer for very large or multiple orders being shipped together.

What is your return policy? TOP

All Betsy Bee items are one of a kind creations and are a final sale. No refunds. 
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason (whether it be a size issue or defective item) you may exchange your purchase with in 30 days of receiving your order.

Because of the handmade nature of Betsy Bee Designs , slight variations may occur between items of the same design.

How should I care for my Betsy Bee fashions? TOP

Most items are machine washable, unless noted otherwise.  Machine wash cold, hang dry is recommended.
